He also handles cases in arbitration and mediation, where he has successfully resolved a variety of matters, including federal regulatory compliance proceedings.
At his prior firm, Daniel strategized, drafted, and successfully argued numerous dispositive motions, trial court writs, and complex briefs in various high stakes proceedings, resulting in prompt resolutions valued well into eight figures.
Since joining Ralls Gruber & Niece in 2021, Daniel focuses on litigating and resolving complex construction disputes involving general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners in public infrastructure works and transportation projects, solar energy plants, as well as disputes involving large-scale commercial developments and high-value residences.
He is experienced in enforcing and defending liens, addressing delays, extra work, defects, warranty, and indemnity issues, as well as early-stage dispute resolution proceedings. Daniel also provides advice for drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
