Daniel Sampson is an experienced litigator across all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.  Daniel has litigated scores of cases, including complex actions ranging from business and corporate disputes (breach of contract and fiduciary duties, fraud, shareholder derivative claims), real estate disputes, first amendment rights (defamation, anti-SLAPP), as well as catastrophic injuries.  He also handles cases in arbitration and mediation, where he has successfully resolved a variety of matters, including federal regulatory compliance proceedings.

At his prior firm, a litigation boutique in Los Angeles, Daniel strategized, drafted, and successfully argued numerous dispositive motions, trial court writs, and complex briefs in various high stakes proceedings, resulting in prompt resolutions valued well into eight figures.

Since joining Ralls Gruber & Niece in 2021, Daniel focuses on litigating and resolving construction disputes involving general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in public infrastructure works and transportation projects, as well as disputes involving large-scale commercial developments and high-value residences.
