Dylan Crosby's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal court. Dylan specializes in litigation concerning project development, including construction, environmental and land use, real estate, and commercial litigation. He handles all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-litigation and alternative dispute resolution, filing and responding to complaints, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and bench and jury trials.

Prior to joining Ralls Gruber & Niece in October 2020, Dylan was an associate in Baker Botts LLP's (AM 58) Litigation Practice Group. While at Baker Botts, Dylan represented clients across diverse industries, including infrastructure, construction, energy, technology, mining, timber, and agriculture.
