Amanda Possa functions as both the firm's Office Manager and as a paralegal. She has a broad skillset, with over 15 years of experience in the legal, medical, and manufacturing industries, and having held a variety of accounting and leadership positions. In addition, Amanda has over 10 years of experience as an independent consultant in sales support, customer service, and business development. In 1990, Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University with honors and subsequently obtained her paralegal certificate from Santa Clara University's Institute for Paralegal Education in 1992. While working full time, she also completed both undergraduate and graduate coursework in accounting.
Her paralegal work frequently focuses on the analysis of financial and damages information-allowing Amanda to use her significant accounting and business experience. During her career, she has worked with all sorts of complex, computerized database application software and works with the other professionals at the firm to make best use of the software available to assist in the firm's busy and complex practice. In her role as Office Manager, Amanda draws on her previous experience in managing daily operations and streamlining procedures for a number of large and small businesses.
Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys Zumba, yoga, movies, baking, and chasing her dog Cookie (Shichon) around the neighborhood.
